PRODUCTION
Double distilled in copper pot stills from 100%
malted barley, some of which is dried over peat fires to give a unique, lightly peated style.

AGEING
Matured in specially selected oak casks for a minimum of eight to over twelve years.

NOSE
On the nose, Michael Collins Single Malt has aromas of chocolate malt with light citrus and honeysuckle notes.

TASTE & FINISH
On the palate, it is well-rounded and complex with a rich maltiness. The long finish has a hint of chocolate and a wonderfully settled smoky flavor from the peat that lingers on the palate.
