DISTILLATION
The wash is distilled twice in copper pot stills. The shape and size of the pot stills affect the end character of the whiskey. We use small, long-necked stills to preserve the taste and characteristics of the barley, resulting in a more refined whiskey. By double distilling, unwanted impurities are removed yet the flavor and characteristics of the premium ingredients are retained.
