BLENDING
The whiskeys are then blended to create the unique style of the finished product.
Blending is an art form where the skill and expertise of the master blender comes
into play. Michael Collins Blend is a refined blend of 4-12 year old malt and grain
whiskeys, carefully blended together to balance the mellow flavors of older whiskeys
with the honey and citrus flavors of the younger ones. Michael Collins Single Malt
is a combination of peated and unpeated malts ranging in ages from 8-12 years, to
give a rich, complex and lightly peated single malt.
